NO IMPERSONAL TICKETING SYSTEMS, NO ‘CHATBOTS’.

Many of our peers will place your customer service query or issue into a ticketing system. Instead of your issue being resolved immediately (or in the quickest possible time), you are placed into a queue and often have to wait hours or even days for your ticket to be addressed. Our ethos is to deal with you personally and efficiently, maintaining contact with you until your issue is resolved successfully.

Similarly, we do not use chatbots or automated responses online. Issues are often nuanced, and so stock automated responses are not helpful. We believe that dealing with a real person as soon as your issue is identified, is the best way to solve it.

OUR COMMUNITY

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) we like to give back to our community and we’re supporting Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) as our chosen charity.

CRY’s vision is to prevent sudden cardiac deaths in young people by promoting awareness, screening and research. CRY supports young people diagnosed with potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to affected families.

We’re proud to play a part in helping them to provide this support and fund medical research into the causes and prevention of these deaths.
