Meet the team: Head of Service, Lauren Fallows

After working within sales and customer support in the telecommunications industry for over six years, Lauren Fallows has taken on the role of Head of Service.

Ready to take her career to the next level, Lauren has re- joined Mike Ridgway at Complete Voice & Data Solutions, after originally meeting him in 2012.

Mike offered Lauren her first opportunity in telecommunications industry and supported her career with dedicated training and application, she has not looked back since.

Through her time working in the industry, Lauren has become greatly experienced and skilled in confidently managing client administration, network customer services, and company CRM sections of the business.

The industry knowledge Lauren has gained, alongside her excellent and personable communication skills have already seen her become a ‘vital cog’ within the Complete Voice and Data Solutions organisation.

When asked what she was most passionate about in her job role Lauren said: “It has to be quality of service. Being motivated, hardworking and eager to learn new skills, I am keen to ensure that I give quality service to all our customers.

“I believe in delivering clear and concise communication to all our clients and company stakeholders. I often spend large parts of my day speaking with customers, so it’s very important to remain focused on building valuable relationships, not only on a professional level, but also personal level. Our customers, are in fact our business.”
