Executive Team

Mike has extensive experience in the comms industry, and was the founder and Managing Director of the award winning Qualitel Voice & Data Ltd, established 2003. The business was built on high levels of customer service delivery, ongoing account management and retention, and in 2014 with a turnover exceeding £6 million was acquired by Elite Group. Mike was retained in his role by Elite Group Mobile for a further 5 years, finally exiting in June 2019. Mike has worked with the mobile networks at the highest level, and is a respected and trusted leader within the comms industry, now spearheading Complete Voice & Data Solutions into this decade.

From 2006 Julie held the key role of Finance Director at Qualitel Voice & Data, and was a key figure at management and board level. Julie covered all areas of finance and business related procedures. Following the acquisition of Qualitel by Elite Group in 2014, Julie was retained in this key role until mid 2018, and oversaw the integration of finance into group. A highly experienced financial operative and Sage specialist, Julie now holds a key role alongside the other board members at Complete Voice & Data Solutions.

Andrew is a comms industry stalwart, with a career spanning over 40 years. Across key roles in sales, management and marketing, Andrew spent over 19 years with Vodafone, 10 of which were at board level as Sales Director of Vodafone Connect Ltd (In-Direct channel). Following that, Andrew held further key CEO/Board roles at Anglia Telecom, Symphony, Redstone, and for the last 12 years as Operations Director of Qualitel Voice & Data (later rebranded Elite Group Mobile following the sale and integration to Elite Group PLC). Previously acting as a Non-Executive Chairman, Andrew is now taking a more ‘hands on’ approach in day-to-day operations as the company sets about its 5 year plan.

She has proven capabilities in both the public and private sectors and her industry knowledge, professionalism and commitment is clear.

David is a highly experienced and knowledgeable UC & Cloud professional. Having previously worked as Head of the UC sales team at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, David has almost 20 years experience in the field. His product and technical knowledge ensures that he finds the right solution for each client.

Matt is a highly experienced technical communications expert, with over 15 years of experience. Having previously worked as the mobile technical expert at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, Matt has an extensive knowledge of U.C., cloud and mobile product technology and deployment. Matt is also a customer-facing facet of the business, working closely with customers to find a resolution to any issues that may arise.

Jane is a highly experienced Business Development professional, and has worked as a business mobile expert for over 15 years. She has managed the business mobile accounts of a number of corporate clients. Jane offers a wealth of experience and takes pride in providing a tailored, personal service to her customers. She was previously at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team.

David is an experienced marketing professional, with particularly extensive experience in the telecoms sector. He was previously Marketing Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team. David provides marketing support to the business development team and general activity to increase visibility of the Complete Voice & Data brand.
