The team at Complete Voice & Data considered the key aspects most vital to Your Family Matters and a tailored package was created including:

– Vodafone network for optimum area coverage on both voice and data
– A low-cost SIM only 5GB data tariff for the contract, which allowed
– Provision of Android handsets for all users without any capital expenditure

The 5GB data allowance was chosen to ensure access to any vital remote files the case workers may need when out on the job. Excess cost capping was also implemented to avoid ‘bill shock’ and ensure costs were kept to a minimum.

Furthermore, by recommending and deploying an open source Android tracking application, the Team Leader’s had full visibility on the whereabouts of their case workers providing complete Lone Worker Protection for the whole team.
