Meet the team: Head of Mobile, Amy McCulloch
Amy McCulloch is a wife and mum of two boys plus a Schnoodle puppy. She’s been in the business communications industry for the last eight years. Amy has now joined Mike Ridgway’s experienced and qualified team as Head of Mobile.
After being introduced to Mike, whilst he was Managing Director at Qualitel Voice & Data, Amy contacted him after hearing he was back in the industry, launching Complete Voice and Data in 2019.
While holding no formal sales qualifications, Amy has exceptional Excel and analytical capabilities. Amy’s in-depth experience and knowledge in the world of business communications puts her ahead of the game.
Amy understands the sector inside out and prides herself on putting customer needs at the forefront of every tailor-made package she creates.
When asked what she was most passionate about in her job role Amy said: “I think it’s really important to be honest in this industry. Honesty is key for customer satisfaction which helps build a strong brand image and customer loyalty.
“The most important part of being successful in sales is knowing your products and understanding the customers’ needs to help them find the right solution for them, and become their trusted adviser”
“I know and understand thoroughly all the networks we work with and I always do my research. I analyse the different needs for each of my clients and tailor a package for them meeting their specific requirements ensuring it’s fit for purpose.”
