Staffordshire based business communications company Complete Voice & Data has made a significant appointment by announcing a new Corporate Accounts Director.
Karen Lloyd-Weston has been recruited once more by Mike Ridgway (Managing Director of Complete Voice & Data) under whom she previously held key roles at Newcastle-under-Lyme based Qualitel Voice & Data (latterly Elite Group).
As a newly appointed equity stakeholder in the business, Karen will focus on Corporate Accounts acquisition and management, and further drive the growth of the business in line with its’ documented ‘organic growth via client acquisition’ plan.
Her proven capabilities in both the public and private sectors, will help further enhance the business client base, as Complete Voice & Data grows its corporate and listed companies portfolio. Her industry knowledge, professionalism and commitment are the perfect attributes that the newly appointed role dictates.
Before taking up this equity role within Complete Voice & Data Solutions Ltd, Karen previously held key roles within the communications industry, including Corporate Development within Vodafone in (1995-2001) and also Indirect Channel Manager and Corporate Solutions Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data (2011-2020).
Karen said: “I am delighted to be joining a progressive and ambitious business, with a group of highly experienced professionals with whom I can trust. Having worked under Mike before, I know that I am joining a business that will flourish under his leadership.
I am also bringing with me a wealth of experience and contacts from within the communications industry, which I believe will stand me in good stead with both existing and new accounts.”

Karen takes up her new role in early November, and the board very much look forward to her taking up this key role.
