Role Summary:

As Complete Voice & Data Solutions embark on the journey into M2M and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, we are seeking an exceptional business development executive to drive new business acquisition.

As a result of our continued rapid growth there is an opportunity for a focused and highly motivated individual with the drive, passion and experience in IoT and technology solutions to prospect, engage and deliver M2M and IoT platform and M2M connectivity sales.

To succeed in your role, you will need to:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new business opportunities within IoT marketplace.
  • Manage sales activities to generate revenue.
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase awareness.
  • Educate prospects about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with clients to further grow business.
  • Generate outbound leads through to sales execution and account management.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within IoT marketplace and collaborate with the Complete Voice and Data sales teams to ensure growth attainment.


To meet the agreed targets set out by the board and list all opportunities onto Salesforce, and documents onto Sharepoint.

  • To demonstrate the ability to interact and co-operate with all your team mates.
  • To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships.

Job Specifications:

  • Be highly presentable, self-motivated with superb listening and communication skills able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Have a proven track record in closing sales in the corporate market, with at least 2 years experience working in a direct sales role within IoT.
  • Be responsible for generating new business every month from new customers and maximizing opportunities.
  • To close any opportunities and appointments referred.
  • Identify and close new business.
